You are probably not getting adequate, restful sleep at night. This causes drowsiness in day time, decreased concentration and attention, and irritability. This will affect your work and studies and general well being in the long run. Try to get proper sleep at night. Avoid coffee or tea for up to 5 hours before sleep. Maintain same time for waking and sleeping. Avoid watching TV before sleeping. You can consult me for further management if required.

Medication helps you in managing your anxiety. If you are feeling any symptoms after medicine, you should contact your psychiatrist. He can revise your doses. I can't say what is the level of your anxiety so I won't suggest you any alternative to it. But yes you can start meeting a clinical psychologist for therapy. It is seen that with therapy, dose of medication can come down. Go to somebody who can start cbt with you. All the best. Feel free to contact me.
