Kindly follow the advise of your child psychiatrist, give intensive occupational therapy and speech therapy. It is called multimodal approach. There is no fast cure or change with so called advertised products. Follow evidence based medicine and don't play woth your child s life. Good luck.

the doctor must have picked up autism if your child had and would have told you about the treatment. So do not worry. Meet a paediatrician and confirm autism.
Meet a speech therapist for the delayed speech. Do a hearing test if not done earlier.
