Hello, firstly, you need to avoid alcohol. Secondly, donot have heavy dinner, go for high fibre foods like veg oats, daliya, khichdi, salad bowl mixed with hung curd, soups, etc which will fill your stomach and will not lead to fat deposits. Atleast in morning 5-10 minutes of high intensity workout you should do.
