few tips on diet - say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar and say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk , can eat brown bread , can eat sprout’s , can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal and to avoid farsan food items and can eat fruits and say no to coconut water

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Firstly Get your blood checked for CBC Tsh and follow up with reports and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. I can understand your problem, it seems to me you have some sort of double chin which is referred to as submental fat.
Submental fat can result from weight gain, aging and genetics. Since you have noticed the deposition of fat beneath the chin recently, I would advise you to have certain life style modifications which may help you get rid of this condition like;
