As such no major side effects are there but your doctor must have advised these for few days. U should again visit your doctor if there is any problem. If no problem then discontinue cetrizine and ear drop because hole will be cured only by operation.

Hello. Pus in ear is a sign of infection. If without any pain, it is likely that you have an infection of the middle ear and a possible hole in the ear drum. Soliwax, an ear drop to dissolve wax would not be helpful in this situation. Kindly consult for a proper evaluation.
