I had a spine surgery as I had a tumour there. Now I am unable to land my foot properly. Surgery was successful .I don't feel any pain. I went for therapies too. But no improvement. I only can walk on my toes.Please suggest.

Hi, I am male, 36, I have bilateral hydrocele from last 9 month after inguinal hernia laparoscopy surgery. We have ultrasound then and found hydrocele on both testis with right testis more, no pain but it enlarge mostly. Just want to know if can hydrocele cure without surgery or is it cure with homeopathic treatment also? And if surgery is only option so what should be approx cost and how much days will it recover?

Hydrocele needs surgery only and medicines cannot heal it. The cost depends on the hospital where you do surgery.

My father is 78 years old. Recently he suffered high fever, was diagnosed perforated gallbladder causing fluid leakage, swelling and infection. Cluster of stones detected in ultrasound and CT Scan. He was admitted and fluid made to dry with medicine and antibiotics. He is now fit and normal. However, doctors advised gallbladder surgery as it will repeat the ailment. He is diabetic and has undergone heart bypass surgery in 2012. Presurgery tests - all ok except heart functioning at 28% (high risk). We are too much worried and confused as surgery is must. Is it ok to go ahead with surgery?

My mother has CONTRACTED bladder due to suspected GU KOCH'S. She is on ATT since 2 months .urine frequency and urgency is so much (q1 hr) . Some urologist said for reconstructive surgery augmentation of bladder and ureter. I would luke to ask is it compulsory and after this will frequency and urgency be fully cure? Well, I advice my patients to wear scrotal support for 6 weeks after any groin level surgery, as scrotum is a potential space for accumulation of fluid. So, do not worr. Wear scrotal supporting bandage, take medicines as prescribed. It will be fine.
