Please do not do any body building activities for the next 4 weeks as shoulder dislocation will take minimum 4-6 weeks to heal. And also you need to do shoulder strengthening exercises which is very much important for you to recover totally and also in a rhythmical manner. Dont worry for your ankle pain, here are few exercises for reducing ankle pain and getting strength back to it.

1. Achilles stretch.

Face a wall and raise the arms, so that the palms rest flat against the wall.

Place one foot back, keeping the knee straight. Then bend the knee of the opposite leg.

Keep both heels flat on the floor.

Push the hips forward, until the Achilles tendon and calf muscles can be felt stretching.

Ur problem can be because of less sleep. Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it.
U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning.
