Hello, Derma roller or microneedling are good option for collagen induction and reduce scar. Dermapen is better than dermaroller as roller tend to damage skin little due to oblique entry of needles. Microneedling is a safe procedure will need 6-8 sessions and can expect moderate results. You can consult in private with photographs to assess if you are a good candidate for microneedling.

Dermarollers are effective on face, but you have to care a lot for your skin. Never go out without sunscreen. After dermaroller, do not use anything exfoliating on the skin. Your skin may also experience inflammation.

Hello. PRP with derma roller is an excellent choice to go for in case you want a nice, glowing, even tone skin. The rolling helps in rejuvenating the skin and the added effect of PRP helps in the growth. The post op side effects are minimal when you adhere strictly to the medications prescribed. Ideally we do suggest 4-6 sittings, about 3-4 weeks apart. That will come to around 5-6 months.

Dermaroller can help in hair regrowth. But the depth has to be decided by the dermatologist. Also it has to be done under aseptic precautions. If not taken care. Infections might occur. Coconut oil or any other product should not be applied over the area without doctor's permission.
