No. But one reading is not decisive. So check for 3-4 more days. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. I...more

A normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. Generally, a lower heart rate at rest implies more efficient heart function and better cardiovascular fitness. For example, a well-trained athlete might have a normal resting heart rate closer to 40 beats per minute.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Dear lybrate-user,
you need to be vigilant for platelet count of your son. Get it tested daily for proper vigilance on daily basis. Ideally it should be revamped now but in case of further lowering, I will recommend to get your son admitted in local hospital for all supportive measures and for platelet transfusion if needed.
