Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Vericose veins occur because of lack of blood circulation in the large veins of legs. Due to which blood stagnates, causing veins to enlarge. Regular exercise helps the blood circulation in the veins. Following are the exercises recommended:

It depends on the stage of varicose veins. In the initial stages, it can be managed without surgery. But as the symptoms and varicose veins progress, intervention is required. There is no single one shot lifetime treatment for varicose veins. You will have to change certain aspects of lifestyle and take care of your veins, otherwise it can reappear in any stage of life. Please consult a vascular surgeon for a more specific advice.

Yes its possible to be associated ligament tear with medial tibial plateau fracture. MRI is taken to find out ligament injury. When a ligament (ACL or PCL) is completely torn or stretched beyond its limits, the only option is reconstructive knee surgery. Person who has knee pain or severe instability may choose to have it. But if the pain is not a problem, you may choose to skip the surgery and accept the risk of some lifelong instability in your leg. You may also opt for a custom-made brace.

Surgery is usually advised in dealing with combined injuries (ACL tears in combination with other injuries in the knee). Non surgical treatment like physical therapy, rehabilitation is suggested in partial tear. Consult a orthopedic specialist for the same.

Usually varicoceles are not treated. Treatment is offered for males who have:
fertility problems (problems fathering a child), pain. There are no drugs to treat or prevent varicoceles. But pain killers (such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen) may help with pain. Additional treatment, such as varicocelectomy and varicocele embolization, might be necessary if your symptoms get worse.

A knee lump can represent a joint deformity due to a chronic inflammatory condition such as arthritis or a deformity that arises following any kind of injury to the joint. Consult an orthopedic for the same as he will perform additional test to findout underlying pathology and if everythings seems to be normal, talk to him about pain as he may prescribe you some painkillers.
