The treatment advised to you seems reasonable. You can add high fibre diet like green leafy vegetables and fruits, lots of water intake and increase in physical activities. Use the liquid paraffin before going for defecation. It's job is to lubricate the anus. Please don't expect immediate relief. Regards.

Hello.
You follow proper intimacy cycle.
Like do intercourse from your 5 day of period to 14,15 day of period regularly.
Do like this for 2 months.
Never get intimate after thinking to get pregnant which causes anxiety. Pcos is not a problem as you gtg your period regularly.
Tell your husband to avoid sauna bath, steam, dmiking or any other addiction till you gt concieve.
Eat healthy food.
For 2 months forget about pregnancy you might get pregnant soon.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss.
* in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it
*in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot.
*in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango.
