I advise you to meditate and avoid masturbation. Dedication ,meditation, and medication are the ways to fight with it. Strictly avoiding that triggers which compel you to do masturbation like porn, friends and privacy etc. Doing regular yoga and aerobics will definitely help you. Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day.
Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . Livoluk 10 ml at night.
tests for constipation.. stool c/s, Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy)
Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy).
An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography).

1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse
2) apply ice packs
3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation
4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement.

Several things can be done to prevent cold:
-Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones.
-Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough.
-Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms.
-Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk ...more

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning.
Try to eat small but frequent meals.
Avoid long gaps in between meals.
Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating.
Avoid junk as far as possible.
Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too.
