Consume high protein foods such as soyabean, tofu, milk, chenna, sea fishes, salmon, chicken, whole pulses.
Consume low carbs but it should be complex carbs such as brown rice, oatmeal, dalia, whole wheat chapati, multigrain chapati.
Consume low fat but good quality fat such as olive oil, sesame oil, blended oil, nuts, low fat cheese.
Exercise regularly atleast 30 mins a day.

Dear user, Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. For a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
