Here is a special rehabilitation for disc prolapse. And we uses some exercise and electrotheraputic modalities for pain relief and to reduction of swellings after that strengthening of weak muscles. So patient got better releif after this.

Regards Lybrate user. Pain in low back may be due to multiple reasons as the structures there are several structures that may cause pain. Most back pain have in research been categorised as non-specific as pinpointing one structure is not ideal nor practical. Your issue of spine can be treated with physiotherapy. Visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy, ift+us+traction for 3 weeks will help reduce disc issues and decreases pain.

thanks for your query. The condition of disc dessication and tear will definitely cuse discomfort to you. The bulging of the disc would definitely put pressure onto the nerve roots supplying nerve stimulation to the thigh and lower leg as well.
