Hi so I am just writing this condition of my friend. Kindly guide with proper diagnosis of wht treatment needs to be taken in this matter. Subtle loss of t2 brightness. S of discs seen at l4-5 and ls - 1 leveldiffuse central and left paracentral disc bulge seen compressing the theca and exiting nerves at l4 -5 disc level. Central,paracentral pivd seen l5 - s1 disc with compressing dural sac. No compression noted on traversing or exiting nerves. Straightening of lumbar spine, suggestive of paraspinal muscular spasm.

Its nerve compression in l4 l5 lesion. Use ls belt. Avoid forward bending, lifting heavy object, ground sitting. Counslt to physio. Apply hot pack on panful region.
