I am 26 years old. I have been facing the problem of insomnia since 2018. According to doctors, I took medication (epcon-1, melzap md 0.5,prothiaden, amizep h) from 2018 to 2020 and I don't remember other medicine name. After that, I shifted to the uae. In 2020, I have been taking 1/2 mirtaz 7.5 mg medicine at bedtime. I don't take it continuously. Will there be any problem with taking this medicine? Will there be no problem with my kidneys if I continue to take the medicine? And I am always unwell. I catch a cold every 2-3 days, cough, and have taken a lot of medicines. Will this not affect my kidneys? I need your valuable suggestions. Because i'm staying in uae. Here psychiatrist doctor fees very high and medicine as well. Please give me suggestions. Without medicine I can't sleep well .when I don't take medicine I can sleep but after wake up I feel like, I need to sleep more and feeling sleepy.
