Difficulty passing Urine Health Feed

1. Urine not passed since 2 days?(any urgency/suprapubic pain ?)
2. Get urine r/e/usg abdomen and pelvis (kidney and bladder scan)
3. Use ciplox 500 mg 1-0-1 * 5 days after food
4. T.zerodol sp 1-0-1 * 3 days after food. 5. Review with reports 6. Drink water 2-3l/day 7. Get scan immediately if any loss of appetite/tiredness/dryness of mouth / flank pain (pain in kidney region)

1. If you have burning sensation while passing urine it could be infection of urinary tract .
2. if you pain on tip of bladder ,it could be urethritis or bladder stone.
3. Either way drink 2-3L of water / day .It would be beneficial

Prostate can grow again even after surgical removal (problems can occur usually 5-10 years after turp, rule out prostate cancer by getting serum psa levels tested, serum creatinine, urine r/e to be done to rule out any infection, usg abdomen scanning to be done to rule out any bladder infection and to see what's causing pelvic pain.

Looks like urinary tract infection, need more details to rule out any other associated infection, but treatment is fairly simple with a course of antibiotics and pain killers, you should suffer for such a trivial problem.

Hello, you need examination by urologist per rectal examination of prostate. No emergency.
Till then citralka liquids 10 ml after food for three times with half glass of water for three to five days.
Take 3-3.5 lt of liquids n water.
