I would suggest to go for thyroid function test, serum vitamin B12 level; stop using substances like alcohol, sedatives or cannabis; maintain sleep hygiene like going to bed only when you are sleepy, avoid smoking and caffeine at night, having a pleasant ambience of bedroom; try meeting close one share your problem with them; avoid loneliness; have healthy meals on time.
