Hi, fishes are high in essential fats like omega-3 fatty acids. This is good for your heart, lungs and overall immunity. Tuna, mackerel (bangda), salmon are suppose to be high in omega-3 fats. Green leafy vegetables yellow and orange coloured fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin a and good for your eyes.

First of all wake up early go for walk or jogging ,take high protein low carbs, take boiled food, restrict your oil consumption, avoid sugar n sugary items, avoid ice cream, take 3to 4meal at least, you need proper homeopathic treatment.
