Try to eat low fat foods and eat at small intervals to avoid bloated feeling. After cholecystectomy surgery, fatty foods are uncomfortable to digest resulting in heaviness and boated feeling of the stomach.

You should avoid fatty foods, less oily food, take blunt food, you can have cereals in your food, rice or roti, green veggies, fruits, but avoid fatty foods.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Hello sir, ask your grandmother to take plenty of water
ask her to take food in low quantity in regular intervals
drink coconut water daily (if she has cold or allergy take it alternate days and avoid if it's not suiting her stomach)
avoid curd or ask her to take jeera water empty stomach (jeera enhances digestion)
high protein food like non veg should be taken in very less quantity
ask her to eat more veggies like (leafy vegetables) she can also take ginger tea once a daymore
ask her to take food in low quantity in regular intervals
