Try to eat low fat foods and eat at small intervals to avoid bloated feeling. After cholecystectomy surgery, fatty foods are uncomfortable to digest resulting in heaviness and boated feeling of the stomach.

Hello sir, ask your grandmother to take plenty of water
ask her to take food in low quantity in regular intervals
drink coconut water daily (if she has cold or allergy take it alternate days and avoid if it's not suiting her stomach)
avoid curd or ask her to take jeera water empty stomach (jeera enhances digestion)
high protein food like non veg should be taken in very less quantity
ask her to eat more veggies like (leafy vegetables) she can also take ginger tea once a daymore
