Its a normal phenomenon to be anxious about your exams. It shows that you are serious about it. If someone is not worried at all that is an issue.
What you are experiencing is stress regarding your exams. Belief in yourself that you can overcome it as you have done it previously in life. Talk to your family, teachers and friends for support. the issues you are facing are not relevant to neurology. It's in your best interest if you consult a psychiatrist in person and discuss regarding possibility of anxiety or depressive disorder. He/she will probably prescribe you some antidepressant medicine which the neurologist might not think of.
