hello there
greetings
scaphoid fracture when given cast in fresh fracture takes 3 month to unite. you have given cast after a month. i will take more time to unite. medicines are good however make sure you are not smoking or taking tobacco in any form. keeping away from passive smoking as well.
you may also try hadjod supplement from himalya for faster union of bone.

Yes as u r already surviving. U have not mentioned whether u r facing any problem. In case of fracture of rib, u can not plaster. So it heals on its own. So if still in doubt do an X-ray of chest (PA and lateral view).
