At this age and a kind of good diet, healing should not be a problem provided reduction and fixation is ok. However as far as nutrients in diet are concerned some Ayurvedic medicine may also be added without harm, for speedy healing. Laxadi guggul, sudhasaptak (kapardika, shankh, prawal etc) are examples.

Tibial plafond fracture or pilon fracture is a fracture of the distal end of the tibia most commonly associated with comminution, intra-articular extension(means extending to your joint) and significant soft tissue injury(skin and underlying soft tissue wounds). This often requires adequate waiting before definitive surgery if skin conditions or swelling is large.Initially we might manage with slab or an external fixation for shorter span and later plate tibia.

If fracture (however minor) is still there you need to support bandage with adjoining toes. However take home remedies with Golden milk / turmeric lukewarm water twice a day. Also apply Deshang lep (herbal powder made to paste as per directions). Do for two weeks. If need be some Ayurvedic tabs may be given.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Seek prompt medical attention for a broken collarbone. Most heal well with ice, pain relievers, a sling, physical therapy and time. But a complicated break might require surgery to realign the broken bone and to implant plates, screws or rods into the bone to hold the bone in place during healing.
