Hello! include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels. Protein rich foods will help you gain muscle mass. Have 5 pieces of any dry fruit once a day daily. Do 30 minutes of exercise daily

1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise.
3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods .
4. Smaller meals in small quantity
5. Early dinner before 6 pm.
6. Eat less and exercise more

Hi, to reduce weight you need to do some modifications in your diet such as
- take whole grain cereals like oats, daliya, etc. Instead of refined cereals like maida
- drink 2-3l water daily
- include more salad and green leafy vegetables in your diet
- drink 2-3 jasmine green tea daily
- do 45 min brisk walk daily
- avoid fried food, sugary food and carbonated drinks.
