Follow Water therpy
Morning as you wake up take a glass of water followed By s glass of water put in it 1/2 cm turmeric raw (kachi haldi) brew and drink sip by sib, followed by water put in 10 ml amla juice gulp with it a tea spoon of flax seeds, zeera powder and ajwain (a tea spoon each)
It will take care of your skin and drink narial water daily And Apple beat root and carrot juice daily.
