There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them.

Hi Amit.. Obviously, if a needle is being re-used there will be risk of HIV transmission if the previous person had HIV. If the previous person did not have HIV, nothing will happen. However, obviously chances cannot be taken and therefore reusing/ re-using after sterilizing etc have been done away with long time ago. No diagnostic centre would reuse needles these days. Colonoscopy is not recommended in acute anal fissure as it will worsen your symptoms. You should treat your anal fissure conservatively. This can be effectively managed by without surgery by kshar karma sittings.

Hi , yes we have excellent medicines in homoeopathy to cure this problem. But medicines depends upon the symptoms. May I know which type of symptoms he is having now? one more thing colonoscopy is the endoscopic examination of large intestine and distal part of small intestine for proper diagnosis. That is not a treatment process.
