I have gone through the details mentioned. You have mentioned about having hypothyroidism and are on treatment for the same with 75 mc levothyroxine. Usually if one takes adequate dosage of levothyroxine hen t4 & t3 hormone levels are quite normal (with in specified normal range). Your t3 and t4 values are normal and tsh is only mildly elevated. It appears that you may only have subclinical hypothyroidism. This needs only follow up. You do not need thyronorm now. Recheck tsh and tpo antibodies after 6 months and revert back to us professor m s seshadri.

Check anti tpo test also.
Take tata iodised salt in salad and fruits

Yes you can take any pathu treatment. Start tata iodised salt in salad and fruits. Recheck tsh after 3 months.
