Any food with a lot of carbs, has to be taken in a small quantity. In fact most of the foods that we eat contain a lot of carbs. For example rice, roti (jowar, bajra, wheat or maze), ragi, all other millets, potatos, plantains, bananas, sweet potato etc. Our (indian) diet is mostly (about 70% plus) is made of carbs.
