If you are not having any side effects like hypoglycemia, you should continue with the same treatment. Because if you reduce the dose, the chances are that blood sugar will creep up again. Also your triglyceride is high so, you should make life style modifications (low calorie diet & exercise) to bring it down.

Your blood sugar is not under control. You should intensify lifestyle modifications. You also need to change or increase dose of diabetes medications. You target hba1c should be less than 7.
Also triglyceride is high. You should take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Avoid high glycemic index food like white bread, potato and sugar. Avoid ghee, butter ,oil.
Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins per week).
