So at present the only option by reading your question seems to be splinting wherein the mobile tooth or the loose tooth can be attached temporarily to the adjacent teeth so that it can survive a bit longer.

Receding of gums is mainly caused by periodontitis. Its better if you consult a nearby dentist and get your treatment done. It will not correct with medicines only.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment.
