Hello
now that you already know that using of the plastic object and forcefully brushing on the gums has led to recession of your gums and the tooth has become mobile. So at present the only option by reading your question seems to be splinting wherein the mobile tooth or the loose tooth can be attached temporarily to the adjacent teeth so that it can survive a bit longer.
But if the mobility is more or bone loss is more then extraction would be the only option. Kindly attach some photog...more

Receding of gums is mainly caused by periodontitis. Its better if you consult a nearby dentist and get your treatment done. It will not correct with medicines only.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the sa...more

Hello Lybrate user. The gingival soreness or infections may be associated with stress. So I advice you to consult a general physician regarding other diseases for permanent relief. Do scaling. Brush your teeth twice a day. Use dental floss. Use interdental brushes. Then the soreness will subside gradually. Consult me for further details. Thank you.

Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars, these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it. Kindly get it extracted as soon as possible.

What is the nature of the pain? If pain is intermittent without much discomfort then I think it may be due to eating something hard. If the pain is continuous then it is quite possible that the nerve is infected. Its better to get it checked out from a nearby dentist.

Hii. Good morning. Don't worry. It's the primary teeth. The permanent teeth will be in good condition. I advice to take intra oral radiograph to check the condition of primary teeth and follow up with the treatment procedure after interpretation of radiograph. Thank you.

Rampant caries progresses at a faster rate in children and it involves multiple teeth. It’s also called nursing bottle caries as the decay spreads due to feeding milk during the night & putting the baby or children to sleep without brushing. Hence early diagnosis and initiation of preventive and restorative therapies are imperative in its management. Rampant caries can affect the early permanent dentition if the child has improper dietary habits and poor oral hygiene maintenance.

Hello mam. Good afternoon. Hope you are well. Thank you for approaching us. I saw your query. I will help you with it. Due to trauma, certain people will have loosening of teeth.
