Use senso dent tooth paste or related tooth paste. Apply the paste on the gums and leave it for five minutes and then brush your teeth normally. Avoid hot and cold foods. Replacement filling should be done if the tooth decay involved root it cause bleeding if you have gingivitis it also cause bleeding from gums scaling and root canal filling according to the needful should be decided.
