First start brushing twice especially at night after dinner.
Brushing after half n hour or one hour later.
Change the brush every 30 days
switch to a soft or extra soft brush
reduce acidity with medication
second, start using anti-sensitivity toothpaste like emoform, sensodyne rapid relief, ra thermoseal, and use mouthwash like sanquel ad mouthwash which contains potassiumnitrate 3%, or 5%.

Hello Lybrater user. Sensitivity problem is normal.
Use senso dent tooth paste or related tooth paste. Apply the paste on the gums and leave it for five minutes and then brush your teeth normally. Avoid hot and cold foods. The sensitivity will subside. Do scaling once. The sensitivity will be cured. Regarding the missing teeth, teeth has to be replaced either with removal or fixed teeth.
