Oral & maxillofacial surgeon will need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Adv. Medication, cleaning, root canal treatment or surgical removal procedures for the gum mucosa above the tooth or the tooth itself. Until then apply clove oil. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.

Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hello! if the tooth has been lost, then yes definitely there will be consequences like the other adjacent teeth will try to occupy that space as our teeth have a natural tendency to migrate into empty spaces.
