Do rinses with tolerable hot water with 1/4th teaspoon of salt in it about 7-8 times a day. Apply rexidin m on the affected gum area 3 times a day for a week. If it does subside then visit dentist near by. Hope it helps.

please take some vitamin supplements for a month. Most of the parasthesia get to normal in few days and some times it takes longer. You will start feeling normal slowly as the nerve heals depending on the damage caused by the wisdom tooth or infection in the area. Sometimes unavoidable damage occurs during surgery. Do not worry. Kindly share x ray (opg or picture or iopa) if possible to suggest best treatment. Irregular brushing technique with worn out tooth brush will certainly cause the gums to bleed. Bleeding is also due to infected & swollen gums. Advise investigation (opg x-ray) with clinical examination for the treatment to check for bone loss & pockets. Adv.
