An X-ray of that particular molar is a must to find out the possible reason of occurrence of nodule or swelling on face. If its due to decayed molar then it can be Root canal treated or removed according to final diagnosis after clinical and radiological examination. Its curable. Only the thing is you might have to undergo RCT of the tooth or even removal. Hope this helps...

Advise wide mouth opening exercise 100 times per day & side to side movement for the jaw muscles. Bundling ice cream sticks & thrusting the bundle between your upper & lower back tooth region. Hi Shubham, you can go ahead with implant but take vitamin B and D supplements for 2 months before starting off with the procedure. There are short implant options also but your bone density need to improve before placing implant.
