Haan, aap apne teeth ko saaf kar sakte hain. Yah aapke gums ko bhi recover karne mein madad karega. Masala khane se teeth mein masude chhootne lagte hain aur teeth kaafi gande ho jate hain. Yes there is a connection between TMJ AND TINNITUS.
Firstly, the chewing muscles are near to some of the muscles that insert into the middle ear and so may have an effect on hearing, and so may promote tinnitus. Medicines are temporary relief .you need to go to a dentist for exact diagnosis and treatment. You can give him ketorol dt single tablet in case of pain and emergency .but you can't rely on medicines and they can't be taken time and again due to several reasons. So you need to go to a dentist and treatment done.

Apply amflor tooth paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste.

It is not possible to cure cavities. Bt yes you can take precautions of your oral health to do not let it grow. Using flouride containing toothpaste, use mouthwash, rinse mouth after every meal. Brush nd mouthwash twice daily. And if cavity is slight deep get it filled so food don't get lodged in the cavity.
