At this young age loosing a vital tooth is not advisable to save it rct is the only option otherwise u loose the tooth n have to take a prosthesis for that

Filling do not hurt. There are many advanced matterial that last long. Go for it
extraction is not a good option it is important to save your teeth, extraction can be done if there is no option to save tooth.

Take mag phos 6x, 6 tabs hrice daily with hot water.

you have to undergo rct if the filling is close to pulp and causing pain. it is due to inflammed pulp.

apply plantago q/ few drops on cotton swab, place it on the affected tooth/ teeth and press it tightly, do it thrice a day.
Orally, take mag. Phos. 6x/ after every 2 hours.
