if decay is deep it may go for root canal.... silver or tooth coloured filling both are good, if cavity is deep my personal preference is silver filling as it lasts long...

Filling do not hurt. There are many advanced matterial that last long. Go for it
extraction is not a good option it is important to save your teeth, extraction can be done if there is no option to save tooth.

Hello, for the pain management you can take Plantago major Q, 10 drops twice daily with water.
Take mag phos 6x, 6 tabs hrice daily with hot water.
But if the problem persists then you have to consult a dentist.

The description of pain clearly indicates that both the teeth have their pulp (the inner core where the blood vessels and nerves support the tooth) damaged and from the fact that the color has changed days that the pulp is dead and the infection had reached beyond the pulp and reached till the apex of the root of the tooth. Hi,
apply plantago q/ few drops on cotton swab, place it on the affected tooth/ teeth and press it tightly, do it thrice a day.
Orally, take mag. Phos. 6x/ after every 2 hours.
Do visit a dentist for proper diagnosis, share the reports with me. In case possible, will help you in treating your problem.
Home-remedies:
-rub a few drops of clove oil or can even press 2-3 cloves in between the teeth on the affected tooth several times daily until the ache goes away.
