What do you feel exactly. If you only feel weakness, it may be because of weakness in muscles and ligaments. Fillings in the teeth dnt make you feel weakness in bones. Weakness of facial muscles of mastication can make you feel so. So do not worry. Share more details and any other medical history you have. The pain may be due to the reason that the cavity is near to close the pulp or nerve of the tooth, see the dentist again as that tooth may need a root canal filling.

Usually composite fillings are hard. U just take care while brushing without applying too much pressure at that area.

If your cavity is deep. Glass ionomer filling is good.
For mild cavity composite is good.
Both are tooth color fillings.

As far as tooth decay is concerned, filling are the permanent treatment to this condition. Taking pain killers or brushing twicw or thrice will not help. They will give you only temporary relief. Once tooth decay has occured its better to get filling done otherwise delaying it may worsen condition over a period of time which may lead to root canal treatment or surgery.
