Hey there, it is not an emergency sometimes teeth take time to come out. Whenever feasable, get an x-ray done for the tooth to see if any obstruction is there and it can be corrected.

Dear lybrate-user,
please don't be worried for new teeth of anvitha.
Age of permanent teeth coming in mouth is influenced by lot many factors such as food habits, nutrition, jaw growth, genetics, hormonal changes, baby tooth health, gum disease, new tooth positions and growth spurts etc.
Sometimes, there is eruption delay which may be quite normal for child.
But, it is always good to have check up and x-ray of tooth by pediatric dentist will help anitha.
Best regards.

Hey there, this is a very common issue. Nothing much to worry but if the milk teeth is loose you can try removing ot at home with the help of wet cotton and mild to and fro motion. Else you need to visit a dentist to get the milk tooth removed.
Kindly leave a review. For any queries use my doctor code gm2c5d.
