Professional cleaning of teeth n gums r really necessary every 6 months at a dental clinic. Other than that one needs to brush twice daily and you can also use mouthwash with proper dilution to maintain oral hygiene. Dental flosses r recommended for interdental cleaning of plaque and food debris that gets trapped between teeth n create infection.

It is not always required to extract the tooth in case of pain, infact most of the time it can be saved. Visit your dentist to establish the reason behind the pain and the right solution to it.

Hello! there is no such thing like best toothpaste. Any branded toothpaste is good to use.
Only thing matters is brushing twice daily and rinsing after meals.
I ll recommend sensodyne repair and protect for gums and teeth.
