As far as tooth decay is concerned, filling are the permanent treatment to this condition. Taking pain killers or brushing twicw or thrice will not help. They will give you only temporary relief. Once tooth decay has occured its better to get filling done otherwise delaying it may worsen condition over a period of time which may lead to root canal treatment or surgery.

black spot which you are mention is rampant caries. It is a type of dental caries. Maintain her oral hygiene, wash her mouth with fresh water after every milk or any other feeding. Avoid excess sugar consumption. Consult to dentist for restoration of caries, either it will increase with time and can effect other other healthy teeth.

These might be nursing bottle caries, that occurs due to keeping bottle in baby Mouth during night. Consult your dentist to get them corrected.
