Gingivitis can be treated but requires maintenance to prevent worsening of the situation. Such cases will be assessed by clinical and radiographic examination. Depending on the bone level, further management is done.
Please be aware that gingivitis does not settle in one sitting. You need to see the dentist every six months and undergo procedures as and when required.

Hi lybrate-user. Orthodontic treatment with braces or aligners is the only best treatment for your condition. Yes both are expensive but you can try in govt colleges like maulana azad dental college or aiims where you can get these treatments at lower charges. Definitely after corona threat ends.

You have three options according to your conditions
1st ceramic braces- it is not visible from a distance
2nd lingual orthodontics- here the braces are on the inner surface of tooth so not visible.
3rd is clear aligners, it is like splints that is removable, so in those social gathering you can remove it, though it is a very costly treatment.

Please consider orthodontic correction over other 'faster methods' because until teeth are correctly aligned, no treatment would make your smile perfect. Orthodontist would suggest if he would be able to improve your soft tissue (lips) profile with treatment and correct your gummy smile line. If he suggests that this cannot be achieves with orthodontic correction, then you should consider other surgery or laser based options.
