Hello, you can have chyavanprash on daily basis, but early in the morning after your brush. Don't eat anything before & after half an hour of chyavanprash. You can take giloy ghanavati for ommunity after fever for 2-3 months. But once visit nearby ayurvedic physician. To improve immunity & gain weight have dates, manuka, anjir in your diet. Citrus fruits i.e. Mosambi, orange will help you. Avoid mosquitoes. Have warm water for some days. Take care.
