Symptoms of dengue fever
sudden, high fever.
Severe headaches.

Are you suffering from most of the symptoms? And yes. It is possible to get dengue more than once. There are four different strains (types) of the dengue virus. If a person has suffered from one virus, there can be a repeat occurrence if a different strain is subsequently involved.
Although I would suggest you verify it, but it is highly unlikely because the dengue virus across india is generally same so you mostly can't have dengue again.
