Only paracetamol is considered safe in dengue or any viral fever for that matter. If you are an adult you can take upto 3.5gms of paracetamol maximum dose.in divided dosages. Please do not take any other analgesic. Regards.

There is no documented or scientific proof that the Dengukl can slow down metabolism after the infection is cured. You are probably misinterpreting your findings and need a check-up to say if your metabolism is slowed down.

Symptoms of dengue fever
sudden, high fever.
Severe headaches.
Pain behind the eyes.
Severe joint and muscle pain.
Fatigue.
Nausea.
Vomiting.

Are you suffering from most of the symptoms? And yes. It is possible to get dengue more than once. There are four different strains (types) of the dengue virus. If a person has suffered from one virus, there can be a repeat occurrence if a different strain is subsequently involved.
Although I would suggest you verify it, but it is highly unlikely because the dengue virus across india is generally same so you mostly can't have dengue again.
