Hello,
Whole" foods are ones that look like what they started out as: meat, fish, eggs, milk, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, and beans. One exception: Protein powders are highly processed, low-calorie diets: nutrient deficiency. That's because the less food you eat, the harder it is to cover the basics. A multivitamin may help, but it probably won't contain enough immunity-fortifying magnesium or bone-building vitamin D.

Requirement of protein is actually different for person to person. It is base on their daily need. Ideal protein intake is 1gm/kg body weight. If you want to grow muscle protein intake should be 1.2 to 1.5 gm/kg body weight. But it is not that much easy for definite result you should take this protein under consultant advice only.

Maximize muscle building. The more protein your body stores—in a process called protein synthesis—the larger your muscles grow. Eat meat. Eat more. Work your biggest muscles. But first, have a stiff drink. Lift every other day. Down the carbs after your workout. Eat something every 3 hours.
