Every sonography can show different edd so one can not decide by such edds. Date is decided by lmp in patient with regular periods and first early sonography.
If by that edd day has passed, better not to wait and take risk of problem to babby.

You can use mifegest why not.
Howver you should be sure if this is in intrauterine pregnancy, if the pregnancy is not in the uterus but in the tubes, mifegest will cause it to rupture inside the tummy and cause internal bleeding.
