1.Pass urine whenever you feel a desire, empty bladder completely.
3.Take lots of water so as to have clear urine
4.Do not use any spray, scented bath products
6.Clean genitals before sex and pass urine after sex to flush out any bacteria
7.Keep genital area dry- wear cotton, loose under garments, avoid tight clothes like jeans

The yellow colour of urine is the result of concentrated urine and you take a lot of water to get dilute urine and see. This is not a disease as per your history. Anyway do a urine culture to make sure you have no infection and you are fine.

- Get your fasting & after food ( postprandial) blood sugar levels done if not done so
- keep sipping water till about an hour or two before bedtime as in hot weather more fluids are required.

Excessive urination and extreme thirst as a result of the inadequate output of the pituitary hormone ADH (antidiuretic hormone, also called vasopressin) or the lack of the normal response by the kidney to adh. There are two types of diabetes insipidus -- central and nephrogenic.
