M feeling not relaxed from last couple of months. Getting into possible breakup, work pressure small situation makes me anxious and agitated. I do not feel happy or enjoy, talk very less. From last couple of months have started doing yoga, breathing for 30 mins in morning m also able to do guided meditation for 30 mins, but still m not feeling happy or relaxed. Plse advise.

I can't able to raise my right hand middle, ring,little fingers from 2 years. I consulted few doctors n I have done mri scan n needle emg also. One doctor told me it may be anterior horn cell disease n the doctor didn't confirmed it. These days I am feeling my left hand ring finger also experiencing same problem. I am doing hand exercises n physiotherapy but I feel the problem is increasing rather than decreasing what should I do now?

Dear doctor greetings my wife, 64 years is on pd medication since last 5 years. Presently she is on syndopa plus 1-1-1-1, pramipex er1. 5 mg 1-0-0, pacitane 2 mg 1-1-0, amantrel 100 1-1-1 she has slight dyskinesia since last 6 months. She is able to manage her routine work, despite slight swaying. Our neuro prescribed amantrel 100 to address dyskinesia but we do not see any benefit. Request your opinion. Off late she experiences calf muscle sprain just when she is about to take 2nd dosage of syndopa plus. This sprain lasts for 45 minutes to 1.30 hrs after which she feels relieved & happy our neuro prescribed catch free tab - vitamin supplement. Request opinion exercise 30 minutes in the morning and evening is part of other routine. Doctor sir, replacing syndopa plus with syndopa cr 125 mg only for first dose is of any benefit in addressing calf muscle sprain? Awaiting your valuable response

Health Query

I want to know whether he needs psychiatric treatment or medical treatment. He's normal all other time. He's happy, he'd joke around, play with younger kids, do every normal. Activity but throughout once-twice a day he all of sudden wants no one around, he wants to be alone, he doesn't want to talk to anyone. Sometimes his mood swings to anger, he gets angry, he'd say all the terrible things and he'd want be alone and doesn't want anyone around. It's sometimes for half n hours, sometimes for the whole night. His mood swings! please kindly help, he's too shy and insecure to personally get to a psychiatrist. Kindly tell me why is he like this?
