Vitamin D is required for proper absorption of Calcium apart from numerous other functions. If your Vitamind D levels fall below 30 you may ask a doctor and get a Vitamin D supplement prescribed. You can safely supplement your diet with Vitamin D, include lots of vitamin D rich foods e.g. Mushrooms, tofu. Apart from having vitamin D rich foods also get ample exposure to sunlight.

And for Vit D the richest source is Salmon fish liver oil that will available for you from the intake of OMEGA 3 [NUTRILITE] and for Vit B12 introduce dairy products in your diet and you can also introduce Vit B12 supplement.
