If liver texture is normal in usg abd than the only option is to abstain alcohol otherwise it may progress to liver cirrhosis (failure). Dietary habits need to be changed for the feeling of fullness or if acidity is felt than go for antacids for 2-3 days.

No such drugs or medicines are currently recommended for treatment of jaundice or to decrease bilirubin levels. Kindly have a proper evaluation for the cause of your jaundice by a doctor before taking any medicine for reducing bilirubin.

I need details of the case.
In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach.
