Hello, greetings from your ayurveda wellness coach.
Very simple home remedy can be followed for this.
From the first day of menstruation, count 15 days, from 16tth day use 4 cloves of garlic that is boiled and cooked in milk and consume it along with milk till you get periods. Usually if you do this practice, you will not get cramps and also periods are induced naturally.
However, if you have further doubts, you may consult me online as we need to rule out pcod if any.

Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.
Rest when needed.
Give yourself a little massage where it hurts.
Exercise-- Get Moving to Relieve Symptoms. Walking, running, Yoga etc.
Avoid foods that contain caffeine.

Cold compresses can help reduce swelling in the area. Cooling also helps to numb sharp pain. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 minutes, up to five times a day. Use a frozen gel pack, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or a bag of frozen peas. Wrap the cold pack in a soft towel. Do not apply a cold pack directly to skin.
Heat therapyheat helps to relax tense muscles and soothe a stiff area. It can help with muscle pain and bonny pain. Use a heated gel pack, heating pad or a hot water bottle.

Menstrual cycles are involved with hormonal changes. Mentally stressed months, it may delay too. Hemoglobin level if low- it may delay or scanty. If it happened just one time, you can carry on observing for next month. However, if repeats, better consult your doctor. Ashokaristam an ayurveda medicine can be taken as tonic 20 ml each twice daily after food.

you mentioned you as male, so i guess this is not for yourself. cramps during ovulation for few are common, and in large during the periods. (usually ovulation happens on around 14th day of 28 day cycle).cramps in lower abdomen, low back and some times experience in thighs and calf muscles. it is due to spasm of muscles.
but if the pain is severe, need to evaluate for ovarian cyst, endometriosis or hormonal issues.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. It looks like
